composting trub?
What does everybody do with their trub? Typically it goes down the drain for me, but I was just wondering if there is a better use for it, such as dumping it on the compost

Fermenting: Fruit (havent decided yet) Lambic

You probably could, I'd have to figure any bacteria you add is a good thing. My compost pile's way out back though, I'm not walking that far.

I thought I read somewhere that if you're on a septic system it's good for it... although I have nothing to back that up with.

I dump all of mine into my composter. It's my attempt to modify Nova Scotia wild yeast into something more palatable.
