I'm looking at buying a used glass carboy. It looks to be blemish-free but it was stored outside for the past while.
As long as I give it a good cleaning & sanitizing is it good to go?

Definitely. Glass cleans and sanitizes well unlike plastic in similar conditions. Just give a good soak and sanitize liberally before first use.
