Hey,
I was wondering if there is anywhere you can buy local hops!

Thought it would be nice to try some of them.

Cheers!

One of the owners of Fiddlehop farms is occasionally at the Truro market Saturday morning selling fiddleheads, though it might be too late for that now. He has offered me rhizomes in the past and probably would give up some hops in exchange for labour at hop harvest time. His name is Evan Price. You can find him on FB or LinkedIn. Not sure what varieties they grow; it's all for Garrison I think.

Hi, are you looking for hops to use in your beer, or rhizomes, to grow your own hops?

It is a bit late for rhizomes, and a bit early for this year's crop of hops.

I am actually looking for both! I wasn't sure when you harvest them!

These guys had 'Open Hop Yard Days' every weekend in Aug, not sure what the fall plans are but I expect they'll have something similar

....with the idea being you could visit any of the half dozen member farms to check out their hops
