I thought I made a good helles, but it hasn't won anything :( will hand it on if it does.

Mr. X posted a Munich Dunkel recipe here, check the recipes section. I've made once twice, similar recipe but I don't think I ever posted it. It's one of my favourite beers. If I find some time tomorrow I'll dig it up.
