Haven't done a saison in a long time. Going to show the folks at work how to brew all grain. Here is what I'm thinking. Thoughts?

Looks like a lot of wheat to me - not necessarily a bad thing but probably not typical in a saison.

Yeah I don't mind cutting back on the wheat. I couldn't remember what's the avg amount.
