Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone had some 88% Lactic Acid that they could spare. Or maybe point me to some place local that may have it (noble?)
I was looking for 10ml to add to a 10gal batch of Best Bitter I just brewed. I'm using wlp644 and wanted some extra pineapple/mango that comes from the conversion of Lactic Acid to Ethyl Lactate. I should have added it at flameout, but didn't have any on hand.
I can buy the 10mls from you, or I have 10% Phosphoric acid I can trade

Justin I don't think anywhere local carries it. I have to get it at OBK. If you were closer I'd hook you up.

I've got some, you could pick it up on saturday
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.
