3 Tap tower for 2 tap setup?

Looking to go with 2 taps in the house as opposed to the full fridge I have now (this will become my ferm chamber in the shed). I have a Danby Mini Fridge that I've been using as a fermentation chamber to this point and already have a 3 tap tower from an old project that I didn't finish. Any reason why I couldn't just use the top two holes in the tower and not the third hole? Any ideas on how to plug that 3rd Hole without making it look like shit?

You could block the tube off inside and leave the outside untouched.
If you want to tidy up the outside you could made or buy a nice beer logo on a flat piece of wood or metal and attach a wood dowel that snugly fits into the port on the tower and the. You have a nice logo between the taps.
Likely also be able to find a hydraulic fitting plug, likely have to be NTP style that threads in. This might be hard because of the fine threads on the tap tower.
A couple ideas anyway.

I was thinking of getting an old shank from someone and cutting it down to thread on and then put a logo on it. Lot to think about there

if you are handy with plumbing you could just hook up a faucet to your regular ol' tap water.

id just have a tap faucet and handle on it anyway and just have 2 beers hooked up

Run an external line for rinsing. Serve from the tap or from a keg.
