Railway City Brewing Competition

In looking for upcoming competitions I came across this little one.
It's a brewery in Ontario holding a competition based on BJCP styles and the winner gets their entry brewed - much like the Garrison Brew-Off. I can't find anything saying it's limited to local participants.

Entries are due May 18th.
