SJPORR Challenge

Has anyone heard of the competition SJPORR Challenge? I registered in it and was wondering if anyone has entered in it before?
As of now Canada has 13 Brewers registered and registration ends 16 May. I did not have any fees to register, just the shipping and handling when it comes time to send the beer away.
