One of my favourite brwpub in Poland, Is located in south of country, around woods, mountains, silence and perfect beer. Brewery made 5 kinds of beer: honey, Pils, dark, strong and weizen.

Szczyrzyc it is very old village, here, near present brewpub is located Cistercian abbey from XIII century.
Cistercians from 1623 year have own brewery where brewed beer non stop from 1623 year to 1996 year. This brewery was a longer working brewery in Poland. Here was made beer during swedish deluge in XVII century, during time when Poland dont existed in XIX century, during I WW, II WW and during time of comunism. Unfortunatelly econmy kill this brewery in 1996. To this time was only one brewery house

At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:
