Quebec City

A friend of mine is going to Quebec City this weekend and said that she wouldn't mind picking up some beer for me whilist there. I have had pretty much everything from Quebec that has been availble at The Laundromat over the past year or so and much of what is usually available from Premier Wine and Spirits. I would like to try as much new beer as possible and would like some recommendations.

I like pretty much all styles but lean heavily towards very big very strong beers. I'm most interested in:
  • Sours (Flander's Red, Lambic, etc)
  • Barleywines (especially American Style, I've had El Diablo, it's awesome)
  • Scotch Ales (Wee Heavies, not whatever Pumphouse and McEwan's are supposed to be)
  • Belgian Abby/Trappist Styles (Quads, Tripels, Dubbels, etc)
  • IPAs* (especially double/imperial)
  • Pretty much anything else that's good
I would like to focus on local Quebec beer but if there is anything amazing from the US or Belgium or wherever that you think I may not have tried (you may be surprised as to what I haven't been able to get as yet) please feel free to mention it.

* I am currently under the impression that IPAs simply can't get any better than :NASH:'s current crop. If you feel like I could be disuaded of this by way of trying something available in Quebec City I would be most excited to try it.

edit: apparently my spellcheck is broken on this, unless Quecbec is a thing...
