Another great stop and report! Beautiful building, but inside looks like some modern upgrades have been made. The copper looks so shiny and brand new! And lots of good looking stainless in the fermentation area.

Are those wooden kegs actually for holding and transporting beer? Or perhaps just a thin layer of wood over a stainless steel keg.

Beer Patrol, coming through!

My guess is they are plastic kegs with artificial wood grain. They look good. Be novel for a micro to sell their beer in. Probably can't get them in Canada. :(

My guess as well. Looks similar to a Moosehead style sanke with a wood design on the outside.
