Heading to San Diego for work this coming week. Aside from the obvious suspects, any hidden gem pubs/bars/taprooms that can't be missed? More specifically in the Bankers Hill area of the city.

Probably already on your list, but the top of my list would look like this:

1. The Lost Abbey
2. Alpine
3. Modern Times

The White Labs tap room is not to be missed if you're a beer geek.

Take a drive to stone in Escondido. You won't be disappointed.

I'd love to, but going to have to settle for Stone at Liberty Station in San Diego, I think due to time.
