I must have been way off on my mill setting. Efficiency was poop. Only hit 1.045. I guess it really is a session IPA

Not sure what Mill you have, but mine is the Barley Crusher, set at 0.038. You can borrow my feeler Hughes if you want.

I have the one Dave sells, I'll definitely take you up on the offer of borrowing the feeler hughes. I was disappointed with only getting 60% efficiency.

Question:
How frequently does everyone stir their mash?

What style would this fall into now with the new stats? Would this be considered a Pale ale or weak IPA?

Original Gravity 1.046
Final Gravity: 1.013
ABV: 4.39%
IBU: 51.80
SRM: 7.67

Only slightly high on the IBUs compared to the Pale Ale style, so I'd say that.

Yea it's more a cross between Pale Ale and IPA. I suppose it's a "specialty" IPA of sorts.

Did you have to tighten the gap?

Actually when I plugged this into beer smith I should of had 1.048 not 1.057. So I'm pretty happy with 1.046. Once I get my final gravity reading, It looks like I'll have a tasty APA. :cheers2:

Well this dried out. Looks like a 4.9% beer in the end. Mind you it may clean up a bit more, but I doubt it.
