Hi Guys,
I am looking to for a recipe that might make a basic, light ale that my friends who drink regular store bought beer might like. I have the equipment to do a partial mash/extract.
Thanks,
Kevin

This one has been poplular with the Coors crowd:

If you want to try a lager instead then these two are pretty light and easy on the palette.

This recipe has been very popular with the coors/keiths crowd, so popular that I can't keep up with the demand!

I'd even ram a bunch of flaked corn into that.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter.
