Recipe for my olands/keiths/budweiser friends

Post by D7x » Tue Nov 18, 2014 10:06 am

Hi Guys,

I am looking to for a recipe that might make a basic, light ale that my friends who drink regular store bought beer might like. I have the equipment to do a partial mash/extract.

Thanks,

Kevin

This one has been poplular with the Coors crowd:

If you want to try a lager instead then these two are pretty light and easy on the palette.

This recipe has been very popular with the coors/keiths crowd, so popular that I can't keep up with the demand!

Fermenting: Oud bruin/Vienna Pekko SMaSH
On tap: Nelson dry hopped Berliner/ Scottish Heavy 70-/ NE IPA

I'd even ram a bunch of flaked corn into that.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

This was partial mash with extract and went over big with the Keith's fans ...

15.00 g Kent Golding [4.00 %] – Boil 10.0 min
1.0 pkg Safale American (DCL/Fermentis #US-05)o now, it works for me.
