Can anyone in Charlottetown mill a small amount of grain for me? It came in a 2 lb bag and I only need 8 oz. of it.

One time I received an order with one of the grains not milled. I ended up putting it into a ziplock back and hammering it with a meat mallet, a rolling pin could work as well.

In case you can not find a mill, this might be an idea.

Food processor, coffee grinder, anything that will beat it up - won't matter much for that small amount. Just don't reduce it to dust. Try to keep the husks in big piece
planning: beer for my cousin's wedding
Fermenting: black ipa
Conditioning:
Kegged: barrel barleywine from 2014 - i think i still have this somewhere

Ok. I'll try a rolling pin or my manual coffee grinder. It has adjustability.
