The only ones I ever did I used Jamil's recipes. Make sure you use a good yeast that can attenuate.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

I'll try and get on that site again later, tried to earlier but kept coming up with a page error; I'll try from home maybe , see if that makes a difference.
