Hey guys, have never used Viking Red Ale Malt before, looking to smash out a hoppy red ale similar to Temptation. Anyone have a recipe or ideas for me?
I don't want to over do it with the malty profile.

You could just sub out all the grains for 100% red malt for a smash? or just sub the 2 row for red? I've never used it before.
