Cara-Pils Crystal Malt (Liquid) - 0.5kg
Light Crystal Malt (Liquid) -0.2kg
20 minutes @ 68C
4.5 kg Light Malt Extract (Liquid)
Hops:
2oz Cascade - 30 min
2oz Amarillo - 18 min
2oz Simco -12 min
2oz Cascade - 8 min
2oz Cascade - 1 min
OG 1.04
Yeast:
Safale S-04 (I think)
Dry hop:
2oz Amarillo - 7 Days?
1oz Simco - 7 Days?
Batch Size 23L
