650 g Medium Crystal 60°L
Mash with 8.25 L at 155 °F 60min
Sparge with 6.85 L at 166 °F 15min
2.0 kg light LME add to boil at 8 min
17.5 g Millennium pellet (15.5 AA%) 60 min
20.0 g Comet leaf (11.0 AA%) 30 min
36.0 g Comet 20 min
20.0 g Legacy leaf (7.8%) 15 min
20.0 g Legacy 10 min
25.5 g Legacy 3 min
10.0 g Legacy 0 min
2 L kettle top up before boil.
12 L top up in fermenter.
Safale US-05 yeast
SG 1.052

Those are some different hops.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter.

I ordered them from Brewer's Pantry. Felt like experimenting with some interesting hop varieties based on their descriptions.
