In honor of a miserably depressing week at work, I have concocted 15 gallons of bitter.

Batch Size (fermenter): 16.50 gal
Bottling Volume: 16.50 gal
Estimated OG: 1.044 SG
Estimated Color: 11.6 SRM
Estimated IBU: 27.1 IBUs
Brewhouse Efficiency: 76.00 %
Est Mash Efficiency: 78.3 %
Boil Time: 90 Minutes

This was quite tasty. I did a high gravity brew to get 15 gallons, and we blew through a keg at our block party. I'm happy with it. I think I used a couple different yeasts.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

Thinking I may do up 10 gallons before long. Really like the look of the grain bill though ill like sub Victory in for the Special Roast.
