I put this IPA together yesterday in the shittiest of weather...

Brew Type: All Grain
Style: American IPA
Batch Size: 10.00 gal
Boil Volume: 12.00 gal
Brewhouse Efficiency: 75.00 %

16 lbs 8.0 oz Pale Malt (2 Row) CA (2.0 SRM) Grain
6 lbs Pale Malt, Golden Promise (Thomas Fawcett) (3.0 SRM) Grain
1 lbs 8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 15L (15.0 SRM) Grain
1 lbs 4.0 oz Aromatic Malt (26.0 SRM) Grain
12.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 75L (75.0 SRM) Grain
4.0 oz Roasted Barley (Thomas Fawcett) (609.0 SRM) Grain

1.50 oz Challenger [7.78 %] (60 min) (First Wort Hop) Hops

2.80 oz Warrior [16.70 %] (60 min) Hops

0.85 oz Warrior [16.70 %] (2 min) Hops
1.00 oz Amarillo [8.40 %] (2 min) Hops
1.00 oz Challenger [7.78 %] (2 min) Hops

Wow, that is going to smell awesome with those flame out hops and dry-hopping!

Mmmmmm... I love Amarillo. Is it in a carboy by any chance? I'd love to see a photo of what it looks like.

It's chugging along on schedule but I'd like to have a peek too. I'll see if I can come up with something.
