I was on auto-pilot when measuring out the grain bill and stupidly tossed the torrified wheat in with the malt

It took me an hour, but I eventually picked all of the little puffed wheat fuckers out of the pail and got it to go through the mill. They just bounced around like pingpong balls at the bottom of the hopper until there were enough there to effectively block anything going through the mill.
After that, the brew session went fairly well. I was expecting more flavor and color from that amount of rose hips - I'll see how it ferments out, but I may hit it with more in the secondary.
