Would anyone have a clone recipe (all grain) for a lager similar to Grolsch Premium Lager?

I do not have a recipe, but you will probably get close with pilsner malt and little bit of munich (95%/5% or 90%/10%), hallertau at 60 up to 25 ibus or so, and small late addition of hallertau or other noble hop. Think most of the dutch breweries use the danish lager strain, so I would go with that yeast.

Fermenting: Oud bruin/Vienna Pekko SMaSH
On tap: Nelson dry hopped Berliner/ Scottish Heavy 70-/ NE IPA

Brian, I had unexpected company last night that showed up. I'll get this for you today when I get home.

However on a side note, he brought me my window quote and about $5300 all said and done! Have to like having a buddy who's an installer! :cheers2:

Yeah, I run the one that Keith posted through Brewsmith. I don't have a big enough brew pot for the 42 litres boil in your recipe.
Getting set up to go now. It's quite mild out here(4 Deg.) Got the propane tank topped up, a few Pizzaz in the coldroom.
My son will be up to give me a hand. All systems go!
