Up to you, it's just a personal preference of mine. You might be happier with that level of alcohol . I'd get trashed pretty quickly lolol

That'd probably be in DIPA range, but tasty!
Nova Prime Taproom
Tap 1: Festa Brew Scotch Ale
Tap 2:
"Fill with mingled cream and amber,
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chamber of my brain -
Quaintest thoughts - queerist fancies
Come to life and fade away;
What care I how time advances?
I am drinking ale today." ~ Poe

If I was making this recipe I'd make sure to mash at a low temp to try to get more fermentables and have it a bit drier. If your looking for a dry beer another way to do it is to substitute some of the base grains with plain sugar.

Thanks for the suggestions!

It is definitely borderline DIPA. I'll do my best to make sure it finishes dry enough - i'm ok with 1.016 as a FG though.
