Safale T-58
So I bought this yeast accidently... Wanted to get the US-05 for my Hawaiian IPA. I didn't want to return it. Any one have some good recipes or at least suggestions for this yeast? Thanks!

Slightly peppery and yeasty. Check the recipe section for a Belgian pale ale. I've used it twice and really like it

I mixed T-58 half and half with WB-06 and made a really nice weizenish sort of beer. Got told it was too hoppy for a weizen though.

So the yeast wasn't the problem! I'm thinking of doing a Belgian abbey style beerGuingesRock wrote:I mixed T-58 half and half with WB-06 and made a really nice weizenish sort of beer. Got told it was too hoppy for a weizen though.
