I'll have to check him out next time. I like the idea of the 5 gal batches, too. I'm sick of bottling 1-2 bottles with whats left.

I always just tossed the extra in a 2L pop bottle, attached a carbonating cap and was good to go. It looks ghetto, but works.

It screws onto a pop bottle and takes a ball lock fitting, allowing you to force carbonate in a pop bottle.
