Hey everyone,
Does anyone has experience using malt from several different manufacturers? If so, do you find there is a difference, or just go Canadian?
What type of malt are you using?

I'm sure there is a difference but for beer that I am making for home consumption I don't stress out too much. Even for competition beer I don't get overly worked up. If http://everwoodavebrewshop.com doesn't have it I'll use a substitute from the chart:http://www.brew.is/files/malt.html.

I don't worry so much about specific brands, but I'll usually pay attention to the country of origin. Actual maris otter malt from the UK is worth paying for, same with continental pils malts.
That said, it doesn't matter as much in strongly flavoured beers where the base malt is covered up. For example, an English bitter is worth using a good maris otter for, but in porter or stout, I usually just use domestic.
