This was my favorite so far. Power was out all day and I enjoyed it by the woodstove. Had a belgiumy aftertaste that I attributed to the yeast. Very nice. I will be brewing this one for a winter beer

Very tasty, big wheat component, subtle rye, perfect bitterness. Thanks!

Very nice. I was expecting a more "out there" flavor but nope, the yeast was subtle enough that the rye came through.

Had this one last night and forgot to post. I've never had a beer with this yeast before but as the others have said it was nice. I think this base beer would be great with a traditional ale or lager yeast as well. Thanks for sharing.

Drank this one last night, upon my first sip i got a lot of rye character with spicy and phenol flavors but as I kept drinking these blended right in with the beer and weren't as prominent after the first initial taste. Had a great wezien nose and was very well balanced. Great beer
