9.0 lbs Superior 2-row
1.0 lbs Roast Barley
0.5 lbs Chocolate
0.25 lbs Crystal 75
1.5lbs Quick oats

Oatmeal blackened in oven @ 500f with broiler. Set the hell off the fire alarm.

Mashed at 152f for 60 mins

Pitched 1 pack of US-04

5.5 gallons into the fermentor @ 68f for 17 days.

Bottled with carb drops.
