Nice beer, black with a lingering tan head. Looks stunning. Tastes nice. Definitely getting a coffee flavour. Getting some esters and quite a bit of hops. Nice full body. Personally I think a cleaner fermentation and less hops would help bring out the coffee a bit. I find coffee often thins out beers by bringing acidity but the extra body definitely helps this. Thanks!

Great stout. Super roasted malt flavours. I pick up a lot of chocolate aroma. I think it dried out plenty, anymore and the roast would be too bitter. There is quite a bit of hop flavour, probably more than needed to showcase the coffee. I get some phenols in the aroma. I assume you dechlorinate your water? Like this beer. The head is super creamy like a mocha latte. Good carbonation. I'd almost prefer a bit more sweetness, possibly increase the crystal and reduce the flavour hops. Bittering hop level was fine for me.

enjoying this beer! was surprised to see falconers flight as a late addition but I liked it. Did get a little something in the aroma that was off but it didn't take away from the beer for me. Bitterness and roast was how I like it and the coffee was there but not overpowering. Thanks!

My cap I'm sure put a dent in my ceiling.
Other than that nice beer. Other comments don't seem to mention carbonation issues but mine was intense.
The carbonation seemed to detract from the flavor as well. It just didn't compliment the coffee.
Other than that it was a nice drinking beer, I actually let it settle down some before pouring and quite enjoyed it. Thanks!

This was very good. The coffee was nice and I found it dominated a bit. Maybe I'm just drawn to coffee. Got a lovely warm hint of chocolate on the nose. As it warmed, I got more fruity tastes and aromas.
Overall, a great beer. Thanks!

Very nice beer. The coffee was certainly up front, but not overwhelming. It balanced nicely with the chocolate flavors. Really enjoying this one.

Well Done! Loved this one. Got no dustiness from the chocolate malt which I usually notice. Glad me and dad split a bottle as we were playing catchup. Leaves one for another day.
