- Magnum 15.8% 30g - 60min
- Mount Hood 5.1% 28g - 15min
- Hallertau 2% 57g - 15min
- Amarillo 8.2% 30g - 5min
- WYeast British Ale 1098
- 50% coarse grind coffee (I used Just Us Rise Again for its amazing aroma) in 6 cup french press with 50% water
- 24 hours in fridge
- *Note: for the advent I put this amount of coffee in about 14L of beer, then bottled
