Hey,
I have signed up for a betabrew with good robot and I really want to develop and brew an IPA. The friend I am doing it with, AndyBurgs, has access to Nova Scotian blueberries from his family farm. I am just looking for some feedback on making IPAs with an infusion of a fruit. Any specific steps need to be taken, what ingredients would compliment each other the best, etc.
Cheers mates

Re: Blueberry IPA concoction
The guys at Upstreet did a IIPA with wild bluerberry and Mosaic hops (have notes of blueberries themselves). Never had it but it sounded interesting.
Give hogie a shout (he's on this forum), he's the co-owner/brewmaster at Upstreet so I'm sure he'd be able to help.

Re: Blueberry IPA concoction
I've had the Upstreet. It works. Very clearly blueberry, but not overpowering.
