My first all grain beer attempt:

All Grain Pilsner
Batch Size 11.5 gal
OG: 1.062

Ingredients:
21.4 lbs Best Maltz Pilsner
2.4 lbs Golden Promise
3 oz. Cascade hops 7.5 % (90 mins)
2 oz. Fuggles 4.9 % (30 mins)
1 smak pack of 1056 american ale

hope it turns out....

You'll have to let us know. Should be some good bitterness in there from the early hops.

I'd be really interesting to see how it turns out for you. Our second all grain batch was an unlagered pilsner... and to date, it was the worst thing we've produced. I usually have no problem drinking the pretty meh stuff we've made, but even I wouldn't drink it so that's saying something.

I really hope yours turns out better!
