Tatamagouche brewery used to have a real good S'morter that I would like to make something similar too. Anyone make anything or know any recipes that would be similar to the one they used to make?

I remember this a while back. Impreial stout - but could give you some ideas for the graham cracker / marshmallow and spice additions. Just tweak the grain bill, etc.
Enjoy !
Let us know how it turns out - if you give it a go.

Got all the ingredients together minus the vanilla beans. Anyone see any vanilla beans around Halifax in the last couple weeks?

Got mine at Super Store not too long ago.
Spices section. 2 of them in a glass tube.
Expensive buggers, $9.99 for 2 though.
If someone knows of a better price out there, would be interested to hear!
