Going to try to make a dogfish head 60 min IPA here is the recipe I am going to follow.
http://www.brew365.com/beer_dogfish_hea ... te_ipa.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
here is the substitution chart I have found for the hops
http://www.brew365.com/hop_substitution_chart.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Now for the simcoe hops it recommends northern brewer, and on several other sites they said nothing will be a perfect substitute but if you substitute with anything use northern brewer. Also the warrior I plan on using the columbus. The reason I have to substitute is I plan on going to Brewers pantry for all my grains hops etc.
Still very new to all of this so please bare with me.

Re: Dogfish Head 60min IPA
I am sure it will be fine. It won't be a clone, but it should still make good beer

Re: Dogfish Head 60min IPA
I have made this recipe (PM version) twice and have been very pleased with the results:
http://www.brewingkb.com/recipes/Hop-He ... -1727.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I've never had to substitute for simcoe because they are pretty easy to get at NG. I did substitute Zeus for Warrior, Cascade for Palisade, and Willamette for Glacier.
I've never had 60 minute myself but I gave a few bottles to two people who had. Once said it was right on, the other said it had a slightly different finish. Regardless, the recipe makes a really good IPA.
Hope this helps.
