Mash @ 152F

Ferment at 17C

Added to half batch after 80-90% fermentation
200g cocoa nibs (vodka soaked overnight)
2 cut up vanilla beans (vodka soaked overnight)
~4oz vodka solution from nibs and vanilla
400g lightly toasted unsweetened coconut
30oz cold brew coffee

Picked up on the coconut more than the coffee or vanilla. Was a good beer but I think it could be better served with a bit more body to it.

Enjoyed this evening. Great flavour profile and lots of carbonation. Cheers

A bit overcarbed. What was left was nice. Was not getting the vanilla or coconut, but nice coffee flavour. Thanks for sharing!

Oooh.. I am really enjoying this... especially after a night of troubleshooting my son's first gaming PC build. Still no idea what went wrong in the first place, but it is running smoothly now.

Thia one was a gusher for me (which I was woefully unprepared for at the time - will I ever learn? probably not) but I managed to save about 60% of it.

Lots of cocoa on the nose, with a bit of coconut in there too for me. Taste is quite flavourful, also with cocoa, vanilla, coconut, coffee and I even felt like, a cola vibe to it somehow (in a good way), but maybe if was the fizziness talkin'. In any case, loved it. Loco for life.

Really dug the flavors and aromas on this one, but I have to say a bit more body would do this beer a world of good.

This was a fantastic beer! Definitely drawing some inspiration from this one.

I loved this beer, I wasn’t getting as much coconut as the others, but none the less frigging delicious!
