Re: 2020 Advent Calendar - Dec 2 - NESIPA
Enjoying this one right now (see pic below).
Nice deep golden hue with light citrus aromatics. Medium body with citrus hit on the tongue. Clean finish with a slight linger of citrus. Slight maltiness, with focus more on the hops.
Very easy drinking and fresh. Quite honestly one of the best SIPAs I've had, since I tend to find them too watery and thin... this one had neither of those disappointing qualities.
Great work, GAM! Might be a "very simple beer", as you state, but it's also a very enjoyable one.
Super start to my first Brewnosers Advent Calendar!

This was great. Tons of ripe fruit character in there. Hit the mark on the juicy descriptor. Thanks for sharing

I'm going to be lazy here with my comment because everything Peytz said covers what I was thinking .
Super solid beer, it's right up there with 2 Crows' Matinee which is my favourite light juicy ale at the moment.

Tasty beer Sandy. Tastes like strawberries. I would have swore there was some caramel malt in there but I see you didn't put any. Probably from the hops. Great start to the month long event!

Can’t go wrong with Citra and Mosaic combo, tasty indeed. Excellent start as everyone has said. I could enjoy many of these in the summer on tap for sure!

I liked it, I'm not much of a hop head these days so I can't say more than what was already added.
Kegged: Maritime Fog (NEIPA), All Ryell'ed Up (Rye APA)

Was decent. Very low carbed but it was there if you looked hard enough for it. Did not stop me from drinking it, very juicy and very tasty. Thanks!

Great beer, even though I'm not a fan of the style. Good start to the season!

I think that is the Shoreline 2 row. If we only had a lab to test the malt!CartoonCod wrote: ↑Wed Dec 02, 2020 9:24 pmTasty beer Sandy. Tastes like strawberries. This is great. Mine was perfectly carbed, as you can see from the lovely head.
Great hop choice. I am not a session fan usually but would drink this on the regular. What yeast did you use? Does it have brett? Tastes like it to me (which is good).

i'm a little late starting the calendar, feeling guilty not being able to bring Day 23 across the border yet. This was very well enjoyed, thank you!
