79% Superior Pilsen
21% flaked corn

60min 1oz Cluster @ 7.0%
10min .25 oz goldings @ 5.0%
1 min .25 oz golding @ 5.0%

Thoughts???

Looks good to me. When I brewed mine, I went way heavier on the hops, up towards to 40 ibu mark, with lots of late additions, ala BCS. I thought it was excellent.

Thanks, X; I may up it a bit more; I haven't picked up the Golding yet, but have 1/2 lb of the cluster.

What do you think if I went all Cluster?
Maybe first wort hopping with a .5 oz and up the.25's to .5 oz thus using 2 oz. @ 7% for the 5 Gal. batch?

Hoping to mash in on this tomorrow morning.

Pre.-Pro. Classic Amereican Pilsner(5gal.)
4kg CM Superior Pilsen
1kg Flaked corn

28g Cluster @ 60min
14g Cluster @ 15min
14g Cluster @ 5min

Est:OG:1.051
38.6 IBU's
S-23 Yeast,( fermenting at 50-51F)
