Mash pH: 5.46

FERMENTABLES:
16 lb - Pale 2-Row (61.5%)
3 lb - Flaked Oats (11.5%)
2 lb - Carapils (Dextrine Malt) (7.7%)
1.5 lb - Midnight Wheat Malt (5.8%)
1.75 lb - Chocolate (6.7%)
1.75 lb - Roasted Barley (6.7%)

HOPS:
2 oz - Magnum (15 AA), Type: Pellet, AA: 10, Use: First Wort, IBU: 34.02
2 oz - Fuggles (4.5 AA), Type: Pellet, AA: 4.5, Use: Boil for 15 min, IBU: 6.9

MASH GUIDELINES:
1) Strike, Temp: 152 F, Time: 60 min, Amount: 13.2 gal
2) Sparge, Temp: 168 F, Amount: 5.3 gal
Starting Mash Thickness: 1.5 qt/lb
