I had this idea to come-up with a brew best consumed during brunch. While brewing a straight-up IPA over a year ago, I made a 2L side batch with Dill, Serrano and Orange Juice. The result was great, but the OJ bitterness starts off strong, and fades away after a couple of weeks. OJ's aren't ideal to add to bottling apparently. Also, while researching beers made with Dill, couldn't find anything. I kept coming-up with people using pickle-juice, but no straight-up Dill. We are imbibing into (relatively?)unknown territory. Hope you enjoy, or at the very least, appreciate a very uniquer flavor.

I'm sad I didn't take the name more seriously. I can imagine this going amazing with a nice eggs Benny.
The peppers and dill were very forward, probably the most savoury beer I've ever had.

Genuinely enjoyed this. I wasn't too sure of the dill, but it came through herbal and fresh and pleasant. Nice slow heat build up too. Thanks for sharing

I agree with Marko on the savory comment. For me it was a bit over the top vegetal and herbal but respectfully exactly as advertised. The beer was clean and the pepper heat was apparent but not offensive. Well made, just not my thing.

I can't say I was a huge fan of the dill in this beer; I found the savouriness a bit off putting. I did think the amount of heat was quite pleasant and the base beer seemed well made. It was definitely an interesting brew and paired surprisingly well with my tomato soup and grilled cheese last night.
Also, please say hello to your cat for me
