Colour (SRM): 12.8
Bitterness (IBU): 27.8
84.91% American 2-Row
9.43% Crystal 60
3.77% Wheat Malt
0.94% Flaked Oats
0.94% Black Roasted Barley
1.5 g/l Nelson Sauvin (11.5% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (First Wort)
Single step Infusion at 66°C for 60 Minutes. Boil for 60 Minutes
Fermented at 20°c with K-97
As I made one similar with basil and honey, I wanted to taste difference. Went with Nelson as first wort hop only. Transfered today after 8 days at 1014.
