Weizenbock

First shot at this one.

Weizenbock
3lb 3oz Wheat Malt 58%
2lb Vienna Malt 36%
5oz Crystal 120 6%
0.75oz Hallertau 60min
Wyeast 3068

Mash 153F for 60 minutes
2.0 Gallon batch, 75% efficiency

Calculated:
OG 1.078
FG 1.020
17 SRM
38 IBU's

Is this a doppelbock, or more of a weizenbock? Seems the later to me. But looks fine for it.

I guess it did sort of turn out to be a weizenbock.

Actual OG: 1.084
My efficiency assumption was way off, I had to top up with some water. My initial OG reading after it cooled off was 1.14...oops
