Brown IPA
How's this look? I'm going for a biscuity/nutty brown ale, with some West Coast IPA hopping. Open to suggestion

Re: Brown IPA
Hops looks good to me! Yum! I'm not so sure about the chocolate and 120L.. I'd be scared this would turn out too malty and cover up all those yummy hops. Maybe drop the chocolate and scale back the 120L and shoot for a 'pale brown'?
Either way, I'd be interested in trying it as I'd like to do something similar.
Actually, when are you planning on brewing this, I wouldn't mind witnessing (helping if I have too...) to see how another BIAB'er gets it done.

Re: Brown IPA
I didn't end up brewing it. I had all the ingredients on hand, plus the yeast I picked up a couple weeks ago, to brew up an Arrogant Bastard clone.TimG wrote:Hops looks good to me! Yum!
