Aussie Ale

Post by spuds » Thu May 03, 2012 11:55 am

This is what I brewed on April 24. Transfered this past Sunday and finally hit my target 1012. Been thinking about why my fg have been so high. I think I haven't been stirring the mash enough. Gave this one a good stir this time and my temp was 5 deg too high and had to add some cold water. Previous mashes prob had hot spots and temp was too high. Full steam ahead :chug: .
