Triple C IPA thoughts?

Wanted to experiment with combining columbus, cascade and centennial and see how things come out. Thoughts?

Est Original Gravity: 1.063
Bitterness: 60.4 IBUs
Est Color: 7.8 SRM
US-05 or American Ale 1056
BIAB method @ 152

Looks good. Very close to the one we now have priming, except I used Chinook instead of Columbus, and I used Citra to dry hop it because I wanted more fruit on the nose. You will have to ask Kyle how it was after he opens his bottle in a week or so. It is however the first beer where Anita turned to me and said, "This tastes like a Nash beer". I can't think of a better complement.

nice. i wish i had some chinook kicking around. i have some citra but im holding it for a Single hopped Citra.

First thing is get your water profile. If you are on city water, it should be online.

First thing is get your water profile. If you are on city water, it should be online.
We should start a thread on the HRM water profiles and how to manipulate them. I'll throw them up in a bit.
