Tried and True

Hey folks, I've been perusing the recipes threads and other online spots looking for recipe ideas for brews. The problem I have is that I have no idea what the finished product will be like. So I was wondering if anyone has a tried and true recipe or two they could post as it might help others like myself.
Since it's early May right now, a good place to start would be a summer or fall beer.
Thanks in advance

Do you want a wheat beer, stout, pale ale....? I think most of the recipes in there are good ones. You can just post in the threads and ask what the final verdict was.

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale clone is popular in the summer. Myself and a few buddies have all made this recipe a few times, and it always comes out awesome.

+1 for a SNPA clone. I've got one in my Kegerator now and it's exceptional. I'll need to brew another batch of this in VERY near future. The recipe I did is similar to yours but slightly different.
