it turned out really nice, well actually he and i both did a similar batch, and mine was really nice - he used too much of the white part of the zest, which gave it an unpleasant bitterness, but still drinkable for sure. in some ways its a little difficult to tell what flavours came from the zest and which were from the hops, so it might be fun to try a whole whack of citrus zest in a fairly light beer...
