Persephone Pomegranate. Inspired by Greek mythology and The Simpsons.

Basically, it's a large and small bottle of POM in the wheat.

Kyle and I did that during our second wheat beer experiment. It was OK. Maybe could have used more POM. interested to hear how yours turns out.

This beer turned out to be a winner. It just took a few weeks to round off some harshness. Nice tart flavour.

This was 5 gal, -05 or 1272. I would have used the one big bottle of POM from costco.

After primary fermentation. Racked to secondary iirc, but I might have added to the keg with a ghetto spundig.

But you let the juice ferment out before cooling, right?

Yup. But not all the way for keg priming with the spundig.
