Here's what I'm thinking for a thursday 10 gallon batch.
2-Row Pale (Canadian Malt) 96%
Crystal 15L ~ 3%
Flaked Barley ~ 1%
Cascade @ 60 min
Ginger peach tea 6 oz steep 10 min
OG ~ 1.045
IBU ~ 15
Mash @ 152
Not sure what kind of yeast to go with.
American Ale
American Ale II
1099 Whitbread
3463 Forbidden Fruit
Thoughts?
